I contracted Speedpost to send some documents back to the Philippines. I decided on Speedpost because their shop is just beside the office.
They charged me $30.45 for the service. At first I thought it was quite steep. Then again, for the convenience and the "speed" (they quoted 2 business days for delivery), I willingly spent the amount for the service.
That was Friday, 5th of April 2013.
Now, it's the 10th of April... 3 business days after. And the parcel's still at the sorting office!!!
How long does sorting a document take? Granted that they had some delays on the sorting, shouldn't this item be at the airport now?
Speedpost should really consider renaming their service to FrigginSlowPost.
Very sorry that I had chosen this service over my usual courier, UPS. Now, I called on the real experts to do the job. I should have done this the first time and saved me all this hassle.
